I believe I've discovered an awesome Skyrim glitch before anyone else. Or at least I couldn't find it anywhere else online.
While a staff is equipped in your right hand, if you equip a bow, and then transform into a werewolf. You will reequip the staff in your right hand. You cannot attack with your right hand, but when you attack with your left hand, if the attack connects, it will cast whatever spell the staff would normally cast. This does not degrade the staffs enchantment. Your physical attack will do no damage, but if the staff casts a destruction spell, the spell will still do damage. And can be very powerful, depending on the spell.
